Lap Dancing Clubs in East Riding of Yorkshire
East Riding of Yorkshire or sometimes known as just East Yorkshire, is made up of dozens of smaller towns (to the north and along the cost) with Kingston Upon Hull (or just Hull) as the main population centre to the south. The city is the one of the biggest trading ports in the UK, lying inland on the Humber estuary in from the North Sea. A town has been on that location for around a thousand years and it has been one of the main cities and ports in the region since the middle ages.
Famous people from Hull include The Housemartins who became the Beautiful South, Housemartins alumni Fatboy Slim, half of David Bowie’s backing band the Spiders From Mars from the 1970’s including guitar player Mick Ronson and bassist Trevor Boulder. Plus one of the drivers behind the cessation of slavery William Wilberforce of whom a statue has been erected outside his home. Hull is the only city in the UK with its own dedicated TV network (Kingston Communications) and has cream telephone boxes rather than the traditional red ones. Its the home of Hull City FC a Premiership League (at time of writing)!
But while it has an independent spirit, the region only has two venues to call its own, and both in Hull. As we know licensing isn’t about demand its usually about red tape and pressure groups so its anyone’s guess if Hullensians and East Riding of Yorkshire folk in general will be adding to their number of strip clubs or holding steady at two!
Hull has been chosen as the UK City Of Culture in 2017 and is home to many music, comedy and other festivals so it has the reputation of being an entertainment centre. So the future looks bright for the city and the region in general!
